We are currently delivering to Sydney Metro, all regional NSW, VIC and lower QLD region. Usual delivery turnaround is 3 business days from order and there may be 1-2 business days delay for InterstateAre the meals delivered in refrigerated packaging?
Our meals arrive in refrigerated boxes with freezer blocks and varying on the weather conditions can remain out of the fridge or freezer for up to 6 hours. Our delivery notification system will keep you in the loop on the status of your delivery from dispatch to arriving at your front doorstep.We are all 100% Halal meals
All our ingredients are Halal approved and certified – We use 0% alcohol and purchase only hand-slaughtered quality meats from a renown butcher i.e. The Butcher on Wellington.Do you use any binders or preservatives in your meals?
EAT BCM proudly delivers you real food designed for results. Meals are preservative free, we don’t use binders or fillers.
All recipes are created and overseen by our in-house nutritionist Claudia Calisto who is a long-time professional in her field – Claudia regularly samples and trials the meals personally to ensure they tick all the boxes.How many days in advance should I order my meals?
As a sustainable and health focused company, the quality and freshness of our ingredients is vital so we only prepare to order. Kindly keep in mind that we require a 3 working day turnaround time from payment of your order to delivery.
Note: For orders outside Sydney Metro please note our Delivery time may require 1-2 additional business days.How do I store my meals when they arrive?
All meals are delivered by a professional team in a refrigerated carton. Once you have checked your order, they can be placed directly in the fridge and stored until the BEST BEFORE date indicated on the back of the meal packaging.
You can also opt to store your meals in the freezer in case you are not sure on your meal plans (meals can be stored in freezer up to 12 weeks). Allow approx. 4 mins in the microwave for frozen meals.
Please check to the use by date on each meal to ascertain which option will suit your meal plans.
